Would be better if we could see a face and if there was no flash, but don't give up :)

I agree with most here that with out flash this would have been a better shot with all that cool ambient stage light, BUT, that can be fixed with a little effort in photoshop. In the examples I have attached I used a photoshop action called Mystical Light III that I think can be downloaded at the adobe exchange section of adobe's website.
Here's what I've done:
Opened the orig image;
Applied the action w/ some custom editing to the presets *cant remember exactly I just did it to taste*;
Pasted the orig image ontop of the edited layer and did 3 versions with 3 different blending modes:
Multiply @ 75%
Hard Light @ 100%
Normal @ 47%
I think this gives it a more grungy look and less of a p&s look with the flash
Next time suggestions:
Take your fastest piece of glass (if you dont have a 1.x get the 50mm 1.8 or 1.4 as they are both fast and cheap *and sharp*)
Overall very good composition and use of framing him with the lights and speaker stacks!
EDIT: RADTECH1 POINTED OUT THAT 00J DOES NOT HAVE "IMAGE EDITING OK" TURNED ON, IF I GET PERMISSOION I WILL RELINK THE FILES. SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE.
EDIT: PERMISSION GRANTED.

More than just you. I really like the shot, too.
