Whats the best mini tripod for Canon S400?

What do you guys think is a good mini tripod for S400...the kind you can rest on top of a car or bench while running around ..for those days you just have your camera with you.

I bought a Velbon mini tripod in UK Department store John Lewis. It is about 15cm long and legs extend to 22cm. Pocket size, light and easy to have around. Cost about £12. Now spend alot of time grovelling around on the ground!
