Problem downloading movies IXUS 400

Hi,

I have an IXUS 400 and I'm currently using ZoomBrowser Ex 4.1.0.46 which came with the camera to download images and video. However, the program appears very unstable and crashes alot. I have managed to extract the images with another program. However, I can't get the video downloaded.

Does anyone know how I download the video without using this ZoomBrowser Ex.

What type of computer are you using? My PC becomes quite unstable after a while if i have a program like Photoshop running. Re-installing windows usually does the trick here. The actual harware configuration can also affect the overall performance. Or you can try upgrading zoombrowser.

I have the same version of Zooombrowswer running on Windows 2000 Pro and it works fine with my IXUS. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it ? that usually does the trick in case you had a faulty installation or are experiencing a lot of application problems.
Sometimes programmes have problems if your pc A/C alimentation is running low, like during a grayout. I've seen it happen several times :)
