I just use the one that came with my camera, the arcphoto photoimpressions. But be sure to save your edit as a tif, then convert it back to a jpeg so as not to lose image quality.
Ive only had my a70 for a week or so and alot of the first shots I took I just saved right after editing the redeye, and the file size was greatly affected as ppl say jpeg is a lossy format. I cant really say the quality loss of the picture is noticable, but the file size was going from 1.5mb to 600k, so I figured I better do it the way other way. Edit, "save as" tif, convert the file from a tif back to jpeg. File size is actually increase this way.
