PICS of Star Performers: what's the rule on POTN

Today's show at a local venue permitted photography for personal use only.

I, as a paid patron was able to take a few good PICS of Randy Travis and his band in concert...:D

Photography is my hobby...I do not wish to jeopardize my privileges here or there...

You think I could/should post one here?

as a paid patron you were given permission. This is no different than posting in your own porfolio, which is personal use or putting a photo in your personal blog. You aren't here selling photos of the artist..

It's certainly not a problem from POTN's stand point, you were able to take the pics, they now belong to you. So post away.

Now, if you tried to profit from Mr. Travis' likenes.. that is the issue they would have.
