I likee... Sorry mustn't steal other peoples phrases... ;)
Seriously, I really like his one Dave, It's almost pure B&W but the small elements of colour are perfect... Love the patchy lighting & the crossing lead your eye into the scene as well.

Very nice image, i'm guessing that this isn't selective colour though?

Cheers lads ... comments much appreciated. I like this one a lot. So much of it is about light and how it falls. It isn't selective colouring as such. There is some minor initial desaturation and then the colours in key areas that were there already boosted.

Weeeerd.... If you'd captioned this.... "Street Scene in North Philadelphia" I'd have sworn I'd driven through there. Astonishing how flat the world has become... and grim.
Great image... Stunningly thoughtful with a composition that combines form/space/color and shape in a way that subtly startles. Thanks for sharing.

Cheers again lads ... and that is an especially nice comment Ted. Thanks a lot :-) I don't really find the shot grim tho' I must say. I see where you might get that. I thought the light looked quite playful and brought out the positive elements in the scene :-)
