Goncalo Alves and Blue Steel

This is my Smith and Wesson Model 586 4" barrel double action revolver in .357 magnum. This gun was manufactured in 1983. Shortly after that S&W quit making guns with their beautiful blue finish. The older S&W blue finish looks like hematite. These photos combine two of my favorite things, photography and firearms.

I hope this is the right area to post these photos.

Just a small redo
I tonned down greens so I will have rest of the gun to pop-up I increased saturation also I created an extra multiply layer and tonned down opacity to 50%.And merged layers.
