Went to a free concert Saturday night, and here are some of the pics from it. I posted in a different thread, but I think I'll get more responses here.. C&C welcomed, and appreciated

I think 2 and 3 need to be cropped to eliminate a lot of the empty space at the top of the photos.

i would agree w/ the cropping.. i started to crop w/ the first lady, forgot about the other two apparently.. lol.. thanks for the tips!

Your cropping needs work...lots of wasted space and the subjects are not where they should be. You should also remember not to shoot singers straight on to avoid the "mic in the face" shot all the time. The mic stand in the foreground of the dummer shot is also distracting.

I think they are cropped this way because you are using the center AF point rather than focus/recompose or off-center focus point. You wind up with the center of the subject in the center of the image. It would also help to get in tighter. Other than that the images are darn good.
