First off, some better action shots would be nice. Doesn't really look like much, if anything, is happening in most of these shots. Try panning, or catching the rider doing something...anything. The crops on a few of them are far too tight as well.

And second: you got the 2.8, so use that to your advantage. Shoot wide open or close to it, to isolate the subject from the background. The rider is obviously the focus of these shots, not the ugly brown grass behind him.

i'd like to see the whole bike in some of those.
since they are wearing helmets, you can't see their expressions anyways. no reason to have a tight crop.

edit: that's why the last one is your best out of those 4 IMHO

As above, additionally if you want to have ppl critique your work at least make it a size larger than a postage stamp..
