This may be a stupid question, but would if be possible to use a sigma EF-500 DG super as a wireless slave master for another DG super? Would it also be possible to use it wirelessly with a 430ex?

The super DG can be use as a slave and a master w/ another dg super and sometimes w/ a 430/550/580.

Would it also be possible to use it wirelessly with a 430ex?The Sigma Supers are designed to be used with each other in E-TTL master/slave arrangement. Since they have manual and optical slave modes, they could also be used as master/slave with manually adjusted power also.

Those who have tried using Canon and Sigma flashes together in such an arrangement report unreliable performance. Neither Canon nor Sigma will guarantee that this will work.
