Parameters in RAW

Just a quick question.... does changing the shooting parameters change the RAW image or just the JPEG image? I was under the impression that RAW is just sensor data with no adjustment done. I was wondering because if I shoot in RAW I can adjust everything later if I want.

It will change the parameters for the embedded jpeg, and the *default* parameters for the later RAW conversion (at least in Canpn'ss software). It is easy to adjust the actual parameters (white balance, sharpening, etc. later).
