I am very frustrated with photosite.com, I have 5 weddings to upload with minimum 500 pics each and I keep getting "publish errors" can't get information from server errors etc. I have e-mailed them and get no response. Has anyone else had these problems, have you ever gotten a solution? Have you ever talked to a real person (lol)? I am desperate as I have 2500 pics to upload for customers, dial-up internet and error messages!
thanks

You're using dial-up connectivity to upload 2500 images?

I am uploading at very low resolution.... live in the country - no access to high speed.... you do what you can.

It would probably faster and cheaper to fedex a CD.

150-200 guests at a wedding - profitable to fedex to each one - yeah - that will work....

Just wanted feedback from fellow photosite users - I am not getting the service promised or paid for - wasn't really looking for business advice....

I use photosite. The image upload takes a bit sometimes even though I have broadband, and a limited number of images. My largest album is 91 images, not thousands, and all are in the 600x400 size range. Perhaps you need a site more attuned to photo sales and has more options for gettng the images into the server. It may be time to move on....
