Hi all,
This one I took when I was in Melbourne.
I use ISO 400. Is it too noisy ?
Is it better to use lower ISO and longer shutter as general rule for night time photography ?
Thanks you

i would have used a lower ISO and about a 4 second shutter on that. then it would have been real nice, you would have had great color reflection on the water. i take shots like that all the time. when i get home i will put one up so you can see what im saying.
i also think there are too many buildings in this shot. im sure you where going for the brindge and the buildings. all the building seem to drag me away from what i should be looking at. the water and the bridge. thats just my opinion. have a good one.

Given that you're using a tripod anyway, it makes sense to use a lower ISO and a slower shutter speed to reduce the noise. The other general rule for night time photography, in my opinion, is not to wait until it's fully dark. The shot you took would look much better if the sky were a really deep blue colour rather than black. (Sorry.)
