Have I over done these B&W shots?

I don't normally do B&W shots, even though I'm red green colour blind :p, but I decided to mess around with some shots I took recently and wasn't sure if I had over done the conversions.

Any advice welcome.

I love the top two, especially the first one. Not so sure about the last one; Might be just a little dark. I think you lose too much detail in his jacket, and he seems to fade into the wall a little bit. Hope this helps..

the last one seems dark, but very detailed, the first one seems justtttt right for me..

Just love the first one. The texture on the wall gives the picture just the right touch.
