Just to get my pictures on my PC. I hate having to take them to get developed. I just started photography recently and have no dark-room.

I mean, because I can't plug it into a PC does that mean that I can't update firmware or downgrade or do I even have firmware?

Use a card reader. You can load the firmware on the card from the reader and install it that way...

A card reader? Such as a memory card? There is no place to put a memory card.

That is a film camera.
No memory card. No USB port.
