Think my PC is now finally how I want it so things are back to normal now *touch wood*. Was at Castle Combe on Saturday, my first visit and was quite impressed. Very good viewing and easy access to different parts of the circuit. Nice selection of cars too. I think i'll be back soon.

Photography wise I was a little concerned about things getting a bit "samey" so tried a few different things to vary it up a bit.

Anyway here's a few compressed "forum friendly sized" photos...

If you would like you can view more and larger versions here - http://www.ae-photography.co.uk/160906.html (be patient it can take a few seconds to fully load)

Note: I was accredited for the day, shooting for FF1600.co.uk (http://www.ff1600.co.uk/). A full race report (including some of my photos) will be found on the site soon...

As always comments/suggestions etc welcomed.

Cheers

*EDIT* Can't seem to put smilies in my post as only allowed 8 imbedded images *tounge out*

Nice one Az, Combe is a trick circuit to get some original looking shots from

Looks like you found some nice angles - most evident in the two black and white ones, with very good action in the action shots.

Excellent shots... great angles as Owain has already said. I think #6 is my favourite.

I was rather uninspired on Saturday and my shots reflect that somewhat.

I was about to ask if #7 was through the catch fencing, but I've just noticed you were another of Mr Sowman's recruits!

:)

Thanks. I was quite happy with #6 too :)

The racing wasn't the most "exciting" I've ever seen but being at a new circuit (for me) the time flew by.The FF1600 race was quite exciting and I enjoyed teh Castle Combe GT race, some really nice cars in action

Dave, yes I found that out quite quickly so tried to mix things up a bit. Just about every signed on photographer was lined up at Quarry all day and I didn't fancy that :p
