CF cards

Hey people!

I'm thinking of getting a new memorycard, and I'm not sure if I am to get a fast card, or an ordinary card.
Would there be any change in cameraperformance with a fast card...I'm using a Powershot A70, but I have friends with other Canon cameras that would be interested in this also.
Does anyone know if there are any charts of this, for different cards and cameras??

I am using an ordinary CF card (SanDisk 128MB), and got very satisfied with it. Performance?? I think it's depend on your interest, mine is taking still photo, not movie, fast CF is very good to be used in taking movie.. Some people prefer using the fast ones, from various brands like PQI or Transcend, but for me, lower price and higher capacity is the most preference :D
