any time EE sould display a picture instead i got a square with a red cross why???

Hi,

On such a sparse bugreport it is quite hard to suggest anything. At least I would need to know which EE version you are using and how and where the photos are uploaded. Mail me pekka@photography-on-the.net address to your input folder (do not post it here) and I'll see if the problem can be found.
