Some detail shots from a street legal event in Stavanger, Norway on Sunday.
A fence in front of the stands blocked all hope of getting good action shots.
A 540cid Procharged Trans Am with 1407bhp and 1508nm.

And a 1978 Ford Granada with...(You're not going to belive this. Luckily i have pictures...) ...a 700cui twin turbo dragster engine.
This thing puts out 1700bhp with NOS and it's Street Legal!!

The owner buildt alot of engine components himself. This is definately the most impressive street legal car i have ever seen.

Actually the laws are very strict. But some guys go out of their way to work around the laws.
Very few manages to get their projects street legal, but the ones that do usually show up at SL events with some amazing builds.

Too bad he's using turbo xs blow off valves. Those things leak like crazy. (would probably make more power with more efficient ones).
