Pekka,
Just wondering if you will be getting a D60, and if we can expect you to support it like you are doing with the D30?
We love your work.
Thanks.

I would love to get every new camera I see, but I know I'll have big problems affording a purchase like that - at least before summer. My only hope is someone from Canon is reading this - please please please, mail me and I'll give my bank account number ASAP :)
One problem I have with D60 is that how the image noise really compares to D30 as D60 has same size sensor with double amount of pixels (smaller size means more noise). Does it heat and produce noise easier? Also, I'd like to see some _real_ improvements like in 1D (especially: better WB, better working E-TTL, rugged construction and more AF points). This does not mean D60 does not interest me. It's an improvement to D30 with more resolution and that makes it a very interesting device.
If I ever get a D60 I'll try to share all I get to know of it as with D30, of course.
PS. Does anyone know if D60 takes the D30's vertical grip?

canon has posted the manual for the d60 on their website and it says it takes the acc as the d30
plus it also has some other minor menu changes

Pekka,
I have the same problem with you! :( "Money, money, money, always funny, in the rich man's world!"
But the AF improvments is not my main concern. Quality, always quality comes first. I use a lot TCs and macro and AF is non-functional in these areas.
I think I can always make "a step backwards" to a Canon EOS3 or EOS33. :)
OTOH, if Canon is making a CMOS camera with EOS 1D spec and I have to sell everything and live in provety to get one, there will be no regret. :D
Griffin.

Yes, it does :D at least that part of D30 accessory you can share with your D60.
