Hi All,I am looking for a portable storage devive similar to the DigiMate. I need to to be able to handle 2GB+ cards (which the Digimate apparently does not do) and have at least 40GB HD. Viewing the images is not important as I will do that on the laptop later. It also needs to be fairly robust as I dont want to loose images with the slightest knock. What are your suggestions?? I am in the UKthanks R6

There was a similar question posted only a few days ago.

You can view it HERE! (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=218055)

Scroll down the messages and you'll see something new suggested which looks like a promising replacement to the Epson P2000.

Hope that helps.

I used one of these yesterday and was VERY impressed, just need to find somewhere in the UK that stocks them!

FWIW, the P-4500 should be out soon. Also, a laptop is a no brainer.
