Well i had to have a go :) this was with the 1dmk2 300f2.8isL hand held at 1/30sec f2.8 iso 1000.
Now the question is should i have bothered ?? or is the effect just to way out ?

It certainly shows the quality of the equipment. Interesting effect too.

I think it worked wonderfully here. The reflection is beautiful against the dark gb. Nice experiment.

didn't take a tripod or mono with me it was light when i first went out :)
and had not intended staying so long lol.
thanks for reply,s i will pesue this in the dark shooting a little more then.

that's why I leave my amvona tripod under the back seat in my truck :)

How about this? Rest lens on open car door on anything soft a pillow, blanket, your shirt not wearing a shirt off with the pants.:) Now that's creative!
