My guess is a close up of spray on bed-liner, Line-ex or Rhino liner.

I had it on my truck. I actually wrapped it around the bottom of the tailgate to prevent chipping paint when rocks would lodge between the bumper and tailgate.

Isn't it the best thing you ever purchased for you vehicle. I loved mine, but had to get rid of the truck... Dodge Quad Cab, 5.9 V8 - only 11 mpg... With these gas prices, it was killing me.
