You know, I'd like to comment on this image, but honestly
I can't figure it out.
Could you perhaps explain where this is and what it's about ?
It looks like a water wheel but I need some help here.

You are right, this is a water wheel that I took at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. I should have set the shutter speed a little faster to show the detail of the wheel.

It looked like a waterwheel but the setting was wrong.
Still in Vegas anything goes.
Clever and appropriate title.
