I have a DRebel (D300 here) and a 2nd hand 70-210 f4 no "L". After several weeks of use I found that the autofocus wasn't working correctly. I did a test of focusing against one flat paper (first autofocus, second manual focus) and it was clear that the autoficus was wrong.
I have heard that some old canon lenses have this problem. Does anybody know how this problem cn be solved?
Does Canon fix the old lenses to the new digital cameras for free?
