This is from over the last month, so we wont bore you with pix from all the same wedding. My wife is really loving her new venture into this wedding thing, plus we've been trying some different things in photoshop as far as processing. These were all taken by her since around mid August, so its covered about 4 different events.
Let us know if we took some of the post processing too far. Feel free to krateek as you desire.

Thanks for looking.

Beautiful pictures, post processing is excellent imo and I would be really inteested to hear the specifics of what you have done with them if you can spare the time to give us a few details.

Beautiful dress photos, plus I love #2 and #3. Suggestion for 2 would be framing it differently. Lovely saturated colors for the most part.

Love your processing, and the images themselves are really strong! Great job!

#2 is breathtaking - may favorite - and #5 is a great capture (I always seem to be on the wrong side of dips...).

#3 is good, but I'd crop out the bride's face completely as her expression is distracting.

#4 is well processed with good DOF control, but her expression isn't very captivating. It would be perfect if she looked up at you with just her eyes and closed her mouth...

Love the first two, and the shot of the rings.

Banbert - Thanks.....ill get back to you.

Tim - Thx and as far as #2, I would like to get you opinion on the frame. Do you think it would be more flattering by having it more "straight up"??

Song - Thanks.

Jamie - Thx...we were thinking of cropping the face on this for exactly the same reason. The only thing stopping it is that the frame may look uneven on the left hand side. Her body may fill take up the whole left border. If I have time tonight, may try to experiment with it.

Kam and DMZ - Thanks.

Please feel free to edit any of the pix as Id love to see other styles applied or even small fixes that may be more appealing.

You should change this in your profile if this is generally OK with you otherwise people quite rightly feel that they shouldnt.

Just go into your User CP and change image editting to ok and it will show up below your name.

love the 2nd one, but again same views as others, feel there is a need to adjust the framing a bit more

we think #2, #5, and the ring shot are the best. You should crop out the speaker from # 5.
Well done.

This may be a weird question, but it seems like that in both dress shots, the dress is hanging on a nice hanger/form - is it just chance that they both came this way, or do you have a nice hanging form that you use for shots such as these? if so, where did you get it? I find it hard sometimes to get nice shots of strappless dresses and this would definately help!

All great photos!

weird.....I never noticed that. It was just pure coincidence as these wedding took place in different states. One in Cali and one in Hawaii. Thanks for the kind words.

Yep, that speaker is ugly. If it were portfolio material, we would definitely crop it out.

Oh, great photos! They're very strong and I like the PP.God, that's a nice dress. And the rings...*sigh* And I want those chairs! Never seen that before. Really nice idea.

Beautiful pictures-especially #2 and #8. I have not been able to get such a great ring shot. The colors and DOF really make it stand out. May I ask what kind of lens and what settings you used for it?
Thanks for posting

Xandria and Claire - Youre too kind....thanks

Jade L - That was shot with the Canon 100 2.8 Macro. Thats our bread and butter lens for any type of close up detail shot. I think it was shot wide open, but maybe have bumped to 3.2....almost positive it was wide open, though. Then applied a cross process action to it in ps.

KaylaNicole - Thanks. Yes, everything is shot in Raw and auto white balance. We end up keeping the awb setting 99% of the time, but we do tweak the exposure on most photos.

MDelish - Thanx.
