According to Canon, just the Pictbridge upgrade. There 'may' be some tweaks tossed in, but no major 'gotta haves' that correct or better anything enough for them to boast about.

I upgraded a while ago. Quite easy. Did wipe out my camera settings though:(. I have noticed no difference in operation.
