Any thoughts, ideas... I'm so nervouse ;) My friend is a designer and he wants me to shoot some of the cloth, I've never done that before... any tricks and tips appreciated, thx :D

I can only really give two pieces of advice at this point.
1. Remember you are shooting the outfits, not the models (as it sounds as if you are shooting for a designer and his outfits). The models will be secondary and are there to accent the clothes, not the clothes accenting the model.
2. Depending on the cloth watch out for lighting/digital effects caused by the pattern/weave of the cloth. In other words take some test images and check them out on the computer not just the back of the camera if possible.
If you are shooting the models for their portfolios instead of the designer then ignore the above advice.

no I'm shooting cloth :) thanks! that's a fine piece of advice, thx again. So I need to look out for textures and details of the dress, not beautiful models :) gonna be hard, but I'll try my best.
