upgrade tool 1.22 to 1.5?

Is there an upgrade package available that will update the mysql database from a 1.22 install to work with 1.5....Do 1.22 users have to do a new install to upgrade to 1.5…THANKS...

Referring to http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=21984, it seems there wil be an upgrade possibility. AFAIK, it's not yet available.
