Amazing sky: interesting cloud formations, lovely colours and a solar disk that is just big enough.

Too bad the foreground is not that visible. Try enhancing it in PS.

I think this shot is a typical example of a shot thet needed to be talen in HDR to ensure a good, homogenous exposure.

Wonderful, I think the dark foreground works well against what is a dark sunset. a lighter forground would look odd against the failing light of the sky. Good work!

that is an awesome sunset, love how the colors fade all the way back to blue at the top. The clouds only add to this shot, Perfect!

Hmmm,as you mention "Any critique is welcome. ",i`m afraid that i`ll have to dissagree with some of the above.
In my honest and at the same time humble oppinion,it takes alot more than a great sky to present a fantastic sunset.
Usually at least 2 or 3 ellements for a wow one.
The problem is that we get awed and carried away by the beauty of the sky and forget all the other ellements such as fg.
Just being honest not rude, hope this helps.

Thank you everyone for your opinions. DV you are right. I do not like Post processing as much, i am an old schooler ( I'm use to shooting with film SLR's ) that tries to get the shot right the first time. Anyone can photoshop a picture, but to not photoshop a photo and try and get it right the first shot is more rewarding. Thank you all again for your opinions. And I hope to be a contributing part of this great forum.
