Anyone know if any of the metafile information contains the white balance setting? For that matter, is there a webpage or something that lists all the information about the metafile data that is recorded?

Download this free utility. This will provide some new EXIF information, not displayed by BreezeBrowser. It however does not understand couple of EXIF tags which is decoded correctly by Breezebrowser. So combining these two, you will be able to extract almost complete EXIF info from the image file.
