Here's a shot taken with a 135 f2 L and a Lastolite diffusion panel outdoors.

That's a a very nice picture. What size is the lastolite and how was it supported? Is it one of the hand-holdable sizes?

Sorry,
I've been away from the computer. Here's the information for the photo and the other two examples you'll see.

The diffusion panel is a Lastolite 1 1/4 stop diffusion material available from B & H Photo Video. My panel is 42 X 78 " and I bought it without the frame. I then built the frame myself according to these plans:

http://www.diyphotography.net/homestudio/blz/soft-panel-frame-designed-for-hotlight[/URL]

The plans were originally for a hotlight but work well for putting the panel outside and diffusing the sunlight when the angle of the sun is approximately 45 degrees.

I edited this image in a room with lots of ambient light and I think the exposure is over at least 1/3 of a stop. Here's a couple of others I took on the same day. Keeping this little powerhouse clean is a near impossible job as you'll see in the next two photos.

Camera: EOS 5 D
Lens: 135 mm f2
Aperture: f4.5
Shutter Speed: 1/500 th sec.
