Took this photo at a wedding a few weeks ago. I have destaurated and given the photo a little glow plus some blur to soften. Your advice would be much appreciated. Compressing the photo to attach has reduced the quality.

in my opinion, no. Because the groom has his head edited out and you wonder about where his head is? Am i right, is the top rear of his head edited out?
Problem is his hands are easily seen and it gives this impression.

Yes you are correct. Attached photo showing the top of his head.

Don't take this the wrong way, but it's a bit of a 'nothing' photo. It's not really telling me a story. The groom is obstructed, so there is no interaction between the subjects and the selective colour is a little weird.

If you could see the groom it would work, it looks like one of those painted photos

Agree with above- You need more groom in order to make the shot.
Your PP is good, just not my taste

I would also like to see the groom, and moving them out from the wall would be nice. You could have him leaning against the wall, or out of the shot. I would also avoid central composition, use the rule of thirds, putting her on the right hand side so there's space for her to "look into" in the shot.
