Sometime today or tomorrow, the archive for this board will reach 100 pages. That works out to just about 5,000 threads that we have at our disposal for reference.
Thanks, Peka.

Ditto. Thanks for the education and the community of fellow camera junkies.

It's a great little corner of the web. I'm a bit of a "lurker" but as a newbie, I am spending a lot of time reading and learning. Thanks to all. I enjoy your company.

I must echo those sentiments Pekka.
I have not been a member long, but for my pennyworth, this the best of forums.
Thank you for providing it, long may you do so, and my best wishes to you and your family (both immediate and 'extended') for 2004.

Wow, this is impressive! I wonder if Pekka even thought it would grow to this? I wonder how it compares to what he thought it would be like. I can only hope it has worked out better than he thought. As of writing this, Here's the info off the forum itself:

Wow! Pekka, you have a lot to be proud of! Thanks for making this and it is the one place I spend the most time on. That said, I have now cracked 300 posts!
To think I am 300 of those 125333 posts!
You have been enlightened by me and will lead a much better and more prosperous life. LOL!! :)

Pekka, why don't you consider doing some type of "patron" status like photo.net does in which people who give some money or time to develop this site gets a little marker or something next to their name. You get help and we get a warm and fuzzy feeling.
Something to think about...

This has become my major forum for digital photography, I check in almost twice a day and have learned quite a lot....
Thanks.
I run a large Home Theater forum in the Netherlands (www.htforum.nl) and know how hard it can be to keep everything in good order :D.

Thanks Pekka. I learn a lot from this place, especially the "digital" part.

I agree, great place this is here.
A quick question for Pekka.. Will you ever be updating your galleries with photos you've taken with the 10D and D60? Maybe I've missed where they may be, but the only ones I've seen are the ones posted in the Capture One LE FAQ regarding AF.
Thanks,
Joseph

Might be a good idea.... I'll keep that suggestion in mind next year.

I have some quite nice photos ready to be posted on my gallery, but time has always been so limited I have not had a possibilty to set them up. I'm sure they will be added soon.
