s300 pictures have too much red

I'm having a problem with my s300.

I used to not have any problems with the pictures that this little camera provided, but recently, I have been taking pictures that seem overly bright. Also, when I take a picture with flash, everything seems a whole lote more "red".

I'm a point and shoot kind of person so I don't know how to better describe it.

OK, I've done more fidgeting with my camera...

The lcd screen just BEFORE I take a picture looks fine (ie looks like what I see in the viewfinder).

When I put my exposure to -2, the picture looks like I used +2 exposure. When I put my exposure to +2, the picture is almost all white.

You might try resetting the camera to its factory default settings and then going from there... On my S230, if you hold the MENU button down for 5 seconds a screen appears that allows you to reset to default settings.
