Hello,
My wife also got the Canon Digital Rebel and we too are looking for the 2.0 software or at least the gold version of the 1.x series.. The main feature she wants is to export the alblums to JPEG.
any help would be great!

Hello,
I read through the forum a bit more, and got out my trusty Japanese friend, and we have found the link:
http://download.canon.jp/pub/driver/bj/utility/pr200up2.exe
and
ftp://download.canon.jp/pub/driver/bj/utility/pr200up2.exe
It requires that you have PhotoRecord 1.x on there already prior to downloading.
You would think that Canon would have put this stuff in english for us

Hi all!
I've been trying to find the update for PhotoRecord 2.0.... and finally have (before I even found this forum). But, when I try to install the downloaded program it says: "Not a valid Win32 application". I'm using Windows Me.
Anyone have this error? It seems that it may be MS-DOS based??? How can I use it? When I try through MS-DOS it says the program is too big to open.
Any help would be welcome. I just LOVE PhotoRecord 1.6 and need the update. I'm going crazy!!!
Thanks.. in advance.

Thanks for the link, the update is worth the effort ... let's leave the link for others to use as well.

Thanks for the link.
I downloaded it and it works fine. Does indeed install over version 1.6.
Very handy software for printing and I still think it does a better job than Photoshop CS.
Cheers
