You a Republican? :-) Just kidding ... I have lots of shots of my daughter buck nekkid on my personal website. I might have titled it "We are the Champions" with your title as subtitle.

Heh... Looks like a victory dance ;)

Aptly titled ;)

As harmless as the shot is, this could easily be construed as child pornography by the powers that be, possibly best to remove it in all honesty (no - it doesn't offend me personally). I know a Pakistani guy got arrested for child pornography and grilled cos he had some photos of his baby boy on his mobile phone (said boy was having a bath) - you figure the logic out.

You've got to be kidding. Considering this to be child pornography never occured to me. It would take a very twisted person to see this as pornographic.

Something would be very wrong if I get booted from this forum for posting this picture. I sincerely appreciate your concern, but I'll leave it posted.

Good for you DaleRob. Cute shot.

I agree, keep it posted..I would certainly fight anything like that...I heard of someone getting arrested because they had a nude pic of their 12year old daughter, but not a little baby....PLUS they show baby butts on TV diaper commercials all the time!

anyways, back to topic. The shot is Awesome, I agree the title "we are the champions" would work very well!

Yes, he does look to be celebrating something...come to think of it, he probably was celebrating loosing the pants and making a run for it.

I, too, often celebrate when I lose my pants...

Love that shot!!!

I was almost ban from Costco for having pictures of my 6 month old daughter in a bubble bath!!! Told never to bring photos like that for prints again!!!

Great shot. Child porn? Absolutely, positively not.

As to the Costco comment, what a bunch of morons they must be behind that photo counter.

What the heck is this world coming to?

To anyone who would consider this child porn. Such pronouncements say more about your thought processes than about the photo.

DaleRob, I held my breath when I clicked on this one then let it all out with a big chuckle when it opened. Great shot. Yup, the little guy does seem to be celebrating.

OK - I'll clear a few things up. I personally have no problem with this image, I think it's cute and it made me laugh. The world needs a good dose of honest laughter these days. I like the shot, both on subject matter, composition, lighting etc. I only mentioned what I said out of concern for my fellow P.O.T.N members. The current US government is going overboard with "child porn" and I don't want to see anyone inadvertently get into trouble.

Another thing - check the rules. See:

http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=91084

By posting to Glamour & Nude forum you agree to these rules:

All unclothed models must be over 18.
No genitalia closeups or sexual intercourse photos (keep in mind that forum is viewable by all).
Comments should be related to the photography at hand. This means technique and execution (lighting, composition, etc.).
No personal comments about models or photographers. Discussion about models should be limited to skills involved such as posing, makeup, expression, etc.
Keep language professional . No sexual remarks. No juvenile remarks.
Discussion is encouraged and preferred over one-line comments.

Said model is not over 18. Really should have posted this in the people section ;)

I personally agree to keep the image posted, don't get me wrong.

Skip - maybe you should have read the forum rules a bit more thoroughly on this one before commenting ;)

Mark, I totally agree. The world has gone crazy :( I suspect now that such outlets are legally obliged to inform the child protection agencies of such photos due to recent legislative changes. Of course, any decent person with an ounce of common sense would shake their head and keep their mouth shut and shake their heads at some of the silly laws that grace our countries.

I love this shot! I have one similar with my 2 year old, but he is waving his diaper in the air!!! He ran away in the midst of a diaperchange and I let him run, while I ran for the camera! :) The joys of baby booties! The only time fat and squishy is considered cute!!

Dave,

Please don't think I thought your warning reflected your personal views. I got it and I appreciate your concern.

Dale

It's OK Dale - I just didn't want to see anyone get into potential trouble with the powers that be. There's no telling what can happen these days :( I was going to suggest possible adding a gaussian blur to soften it up, and maybe a black/white conversion as alternatives to the original colour shot!

Dave, I too just wanted to let you know that your comments were not taken personally or in the wrong vein. The concern you showed and that we all show for each other around here is refreshing and appreciated.

Wonderful shot. Just don't forget to bring it out again when this little guy reaches their teens!

We have a similar one of our daughter, and the "threat" of it re-appearing is the subject of much merriment now she's in her 30's

I sincerely appreciate your concern, but I'll leave it posted. There are a lot of twisted people lurking around on the internet. There was a guy around here sent a film to boots to be procesed and ended up being arested as there was a pic of his own baby son having a bath.

Wonderful shot, such a cutie! I agree with you all concerning the child photo comments. I'm glad shots like this are allowed.
Its also amazing the amount of views the post has, waist down nudity obviously a popular photographic subject ;)

Cute! How could anyone pass up a shot like this? I sure couldn't - and wouldn't.

Isn't it amazing that naked pole-dancing is considered free speech in the US but this might be construed as porn?
