I currently use Chris Breeze's D30 Remote in the studio. It is connected to my PC via a USB extension. For the most part it works fine except for the few times (approx every 25-50 frames) where it locks up (I am using the latest Canon firmware).
I am thinking of hooking up a dedicated TV (monitor) to the camera via the video in jack. I was under the impression that the image would appear on the screen after releasing the shutter just as it would on the camera's LCD. That did not happen in my experiment. I had to press the review button to see the image. Am I mistaken?
