Problem with "Structure" setup

I have upgraded my master gallery to EE2.01 which went fine, except in the step to setup the "Structure". After selecting the INDEX group, or any other group for that matter, all gallery options dissapear when the page refreshes, so it is impossible to assign any galleries.

Any ideas?
