Bodie's Island Light - North Carolina

Took this a few years ago. It was a perfect weather day. The Bodie Island Lighthouse, on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, my all time favorite place to be.

It looks to be an interesting place, and my first impression was of the cottage sitting minding its own business and the lighthouse has sneaked up behind it. ;)

That's great..I would really like to go there sometime then go down along the coast to Charleston SC taking pictures of all the lighthouses in between.

Good shot, Kevin. Haven't been there in many years, but keep thinking of going back for a visit.

I toyed around with a picture later on that night. I think I like where I was trying to get to, but I don't think I got there.

My skills with photoshop have improved significantly since I did this shot. Maybe it is time to re-examine the posibilities.
