Bounce card/ diffuser for 420EX

What are you using to diffuse or bounce the flash from your 420? I have been bouncing off the ceiling, and would like to catch more light in my subject's face, but when I tip the flash into a more horizontal mode, the subject tends to suffer from a flash "sunburn."

Although I have no experience with it yet, I just ordered a 420EX, and along with it, a Stofen OM-EX Omni-Bounce, and the Lumiquest ProMax 80-20 Pocket Bouncer. I have heard and read about the effect this has using the 420 and 550 flashes.... does wonders for softening the light.
