Retrieve Photo Sizes, FAILED

in the upgrade directions it says to "Update photo size database:"

1. Click on the top left: "setup" or "all" to show editor menus we need.
2. On the left menu click item: "Retrieve Photo Sizes".
3. Select display filter: "only photos with some unset/zero size",


i ran this and i get 15 photos that have failed and still show under the filter, "only photos with some unset/zero size". upon checking for them on my server i see they are not there. what should i do with these?

Open "report" editor and choose item: "photo breakdown". That shows you exactly if the size and thumbs are ok for each photo. If all the sizes are not ok (red column) AND you have run photo size checker for all photos, click photo name in the report to get into photo editor and see which sizes are not correct (i.e. have files and sizes set). After you have reuploaded those, run the "photo breakdown" again, you can see which thumbs are not ok. Here you have two ways: either you click the text in the red thumb column to enable rethumbnail for that photo, or do rethumbnail for all those faulted photos in rethumbnaile editor.

When all is green in photo breakdown report your galleries have all size paths and thumbs working. Some red may occur in first column if you have hidden photos there.

To clarify: If you see red in photo breakdown report, do the photo size Retrieve Photo Sizes for those photos first, then see the report again and act on red columns.
