...doing anything with a broken index finger. I was at the volleyball game coming out of the rest room. When I reached for the door it suddenly burst open and a young boy blasted in, smnashing my finger in the process. Broke my finger in 2 places. everything seems to take so much longer, I am constantly correcting mistakes, and it is just such a nuisance. Oh well, what can you do, but struggle through.

Sorry to hear about your injury. It's hard to believe how much we depend on having all of our fingers fully functional until you damage one.
Personally I'd rather break a finger than dislocate one. I've popped a few out of joint over the years and they have never returned to the condition they were in. And they're pretty easy to dislocate a second time! I'm sure your broken finger will mend to good as new ...

sorry to hear that Doc and i agree, the index finger is very important in our day to day activities. the good thing is that broken fingers heal pretty fast and without long lasting effects unlike dislocated shoulders or other more serious bodily harm..

Barely. Not as steadily as before. Well I just hope it does not last long.

That is true. Persevere to overcome.

Whoa whoa...right index finger?!
Sorry to hear that...I'd be in pure hell until it was healed.

Fire with your middle finger. It'll just cut down on the amount of bird-flipping you do in the meantime. :)

Yes, and try to type on the keyboard. Takes forever.
