Is it a reflection in the water? Tell me a little more about the shot :)

Yes you are looking at the reflection in a pond. Very minor adjustment to levels and the image is rotated 180 degrees to upside down from the original. The shrub with the white flowers at the bottom of the image is the bank of the pond.
