know a really good program i can use to do this??

Check out GIMP for free. Has the feel of Photoshop in a way. Next would be Photoshop Elements and then Photoshop CS2

Here is some free/shareware software IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com/), there is also Picasa2 (http://google.picasa.com/) and FastStone (http://www.faststone.org/FSViewerDetail.htm)
What camera you use? ??? How about the software that came with your camera? ???
