Just sixteen, Dante and I have you beat, if we combine forces that is ;). Congrats, but don't you have a 300 F/4L IS already, why this one, enquiring minds want to know

I say list your L's, I have a feeling you have lots of overlapping L's, which would not count of course

You realize you are addicted. I'm sending Lcoholics Anonymous to your house! While they're busy with you, I'll pick through the L's for what I want...promise to only take 1 or 2.

No, I've had the IS version all along. However, some good people have almost convinced me that the non-IS is sharper.;)
Now, for $1,000 how could I say "no" to that ?

According to your own rules, this does not count as another L lens, this is a duplicate

Not at all.....they are just toys which get used and experimented with extensively.
Now, you should see the non-L kit of lenses I've got. Yeah, that can make someone sick. Someone like Dante.... or ColickyKit.

16 L's...is that the same as 16000 extra dollars? So shouldn't that be '16 K's'? ;)

Thank you, honey, you seem to understand. However, just for the record, financially I am a pauper.....a kept man....it is really my better half which forks the bucks for me without even knowing/caring what the money is used for.

I kind of doubt that. ;) Either way, as soon as the last ordered lens gets to papa (50 f.1.2=#17 !), we shall show yous boys what an intermediate collection looks like.....yup, the L shrine photo again:lol:
Obviously, there are a few people here who have more than I do, but yous boys still have a way to go before you reach that mature intermediate coLLector level.

I have seen some of your photos and they are quite good. So you do take photos. I think I saw at least one in the Bokeh thread and wondered what you shot it with. Whatever it was it was excellent. I want one.

Thank you.
That was perhaps the 35L ?
However, as lenses go, I'd rather have my 24L, not just for bokeh, but image clarity and colours/shades in general even when fully open.
Can not get to my good 24L files now, but these are two test shots, at least they might give you some idea (both at f/1.4).
No processing/sharpening of any sort, natural light, obviously hand held. The camera was MkIIN.

What parameter/picture style do you use, Petkal?
That said, your dining room chair looks oddly like mine. :|

I don't think you're related to him tho' ... however much you may dream. Those cheap chairs are available everywhere anyway. You can even buy them here in the backwards (compared to Waverley, NY) United Kingdom of America.

User modified "neutral" I think....a bit more saturation and sharpening than standard.
Some day you might even discover I have been one of your residents.....that would spook ya out, eh ?;)

Cheap indeed......not even garage sale material.
Where the hell is Waverly anyways ? Do the Waverly citizens just wave to one another as a sign of good will and recognition, or perhaps their men walk the streets dressed funny sporting that effeminate 'wave', or what ?

As for the chairs, condyk...that depends on your definition of cheap. Couple k's for me is not cheap.

Listen Ronald Sr.Jr. If you liked them cheap, then you really missed the ball with Belmondo's own mint brick last nite. He had it for sale at an unheard of low price of $500.
You seem to go thru lottsa bricks......that would have been a buy, eh ?

I think it's a very one sided affair Lordy ... ever since he learnt I was a fan of those Man pants you sell so successfully. Anyway, onto more serious matters: Did you ever sort out your design for POTN Manties?

Half the members here are too old for my ultra-sexy line of man-panties. I'm introducing a new line of disposable man-panties for senior citizens. Now guys like Belmondo can crap in his pants on the go... and feel sexy doing it.

Yeah, and some of the guys, with an exaggerated sense of self magnitude, would mistake the detachable waste sac and put the sac in front!
