Great shot Rob - the water drops really add something to this. Was it early evening; the light is very nice.

Perfectly exposed and focused.
Couple of improvements suggested.
* Dial just a bit more DoF so you could get the bill in critical focus as well.
* The whole head crop tends to work better. Alternatively, if the image is really sharp, go for the eye crop....you seem to have got stuck in between those two crop types.
If you do not mind, I can show you what I mean by the above on a similar head shot of mine.
