View Full Version : Need help with Ixus/elph 400 and picasa

Picasa is recognizing the camera but does not import any picture from it.
I can import the pictures with zoombrowser and the winXP software (scanner and camera wizard), but not with Picasa.

Any suggestions?

as much as i like picassa.....from my experience: it has it's rough spots. importing and saving files are it's weaknesses in my experience. i was uploading from my S3 to my PC with it, and picassa wasn't the easiest way to do it. i usually just end up drag 'n dropping files to folders and letting picassa find them when it updates...which it excels at pretty nicely IMHO. good luck, not sure if this helped at all.....just bored at work and replying to what i can :)
