I believe back in the 16th century or so, big women were considered "ideal". :) Looks like a tribute to the fallen old glory days of Britain.

Im sure she comes from the "east of London" area but yes, shes a big girl.

The statue is just down the road from liverpool st station in London. its situated in a secluded area that backs on to the station and hasnt been there too long, maybe a couple of years max but then i dont really go past it much.
