I'm really unhappy with the "quality" of paper used to print my digital photos on, that most of these companies are using online. I've had pictures developed by ofoto, shutterfly, and one other (odd name) and all three have come back on PAPER THIN S*** PAPER :x The quality is not to be compared what so ever, as that of film paper when getting film developed by a lab. That paper is of heavy quality. Can anyone here recommend a good place online that will produce my digital images on good "Quality" professional paper, before I waste anymore money
My thanks to all!

http://www.mpix.com (a division of Miller's Lab)
But do call first if they offer paper other than Fuji Crystal Archive (that's the thin kind... I was disappointed myself).
Good digital labs in my area print on thicker Agfa paper.

I'm looking for a good printing service too. I haven't used them yet, but Kodak's site has this item in their FAQ:
---------------------
Q:What type of prints do you make? Laser? Inkjet? Can I send in a large file (4-6 mb) on a disk via mail to have an enlargement made? Can you work with a Tiff file?
A:The prints you receive from KODAK Picture Center Online (KPCO) are the same high quality KODAK DURALIFE Paper prints that you receive when getting your film processed and printed. They are not inkjet prints. However, our larger format prints are inkjet. We just added this type of print recently. (more...)

Anybody use this service?
